For years, I invested in traditional therapy, yet I still felt sad, lonely, and unfulfilled. I knew I needed a deeper form of healing—something that could truly give me the tools to cope and grow.
When I discovered hypnotherapy, everything changed. After just a few sessions, my family noticed something different—I was smiling from the inside out. By the time I completed my program, I had stepped into a brighter, more authentic version of myself.
That transformation lit a fire in me. How could I not share this with the world? Inspired and determined, I went on to train with some of the best in the industry so that I could provide my clients with the highest level of care and guidance.
Along the way, I became a Functional Nutrition Counselor and discovered how deeply the mind and gut are connected. The foods we eat don’t just affect our physical health—they influence our mood, our thoughts, and even how we experience the world. Research continues to show strong links between nutrition gaps and conditions like depression, anxiety, and chronic stress, which is why I’m so passionate about helping others heal from the inside out.

I completed my training as a certified clinical hypnotherapist from Pure Hypnosis Institute in Atlanta.
I am also a Specialist in Neuro-Hypnotic Repatterning, and Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming with Dr. Richard Bandler, co-creator of NLP.
